A very special and rare magnum of heavy Trinidad rum from lost distillery, Caroni. Distilled in 2000, this ‘Millennium’ limited edition rum was crafted from the last Trinidad molasses distilled in 2000 at the Caroni distillery and matured in cask for 15 years. Bottled at an extra strong strength of 120 proof (60% vol) in 2015.
