The fifth annual release of Local Barley from Springbank distillery, created from barley grown in and around Campbeltown. The barley type used for the 2019 release is Optic and was grown at High Cattadale Farm. The cask combination for maturation was 77% bourbon, 20% sherry and 3% port.
