A 2005 vintage single malt Scotch whisky, matured for 10 years in Oloroso sherry (first fill) butt #2565 and released as part of the 14th batch of special single casks from BenRiach distillery. Known for not being shy when experimenting with cask maturation, you could say this is the ‘normal’ release within this year’s batch. Bottled at cask strength, 58.8% vol, should be a cracker.
