A tasty little single malt Caol Ila bottled by our very selves late 2019. We’ve had a good few chances to bottle Caol Ila over the years but never found one that fitted our style. This 2008 vintage certainly fits the bill, spending 11 years in cask and with a natural cask strength of 54.1% vol, it’s a lovely drinking Islay malt. Dressed up with an awesome label designed by super talented Graphic Designer, Peter Herron along with a hand wax seal, we’re extremely proud of this latest release.
