Located in the heart of Fife, Daftmill distillery is owned and run by barley farmers, the Cuthbert family. Granted a license on St.Andrews day 2005, the distillery started producing as little as 100 casks per year. With no rush to launch, this 12 year old Lowland malt was the Inaugural release from Daftmill. Distilled in 2005 and bottled in 2018, only 629 bottles were produced.
