The Virgin Oak series is an exciting new trio of malts from Glenallachie Distillery. This 12 year old single malt has been initially matured in ex-bourbon barrels then given a second maturation for around 18 months in French virgin oak casks, sourced from the Haute-Garonne region close to the Pyrenees. Waves of honey, toffee, mocha, orange zest and nutmeg.
