A beautiful and well aged single malt Glen Grant, released to commemorate what would be the centenary year of George Urquhart. ‘Mr George’ joined Gordon & MacPhail in 1933 and created the Connoisseurs Choice series in 1968. This ‘Centenary Edition’ was distilled 13th December 1956 at one of his favourite distilleries and matured for and incredible 62 years in a first fill sherry butt. Bottled 27th June 2019, only 235 bottles were filled from cask #4455 at natural cask strength, 51.7% vol.
