Big Sky are located in the Martinborough region of New Zealand. This is a richer style of Sauvignon Blanc- barrel fermented in seasoned oak and aged on the fine lees for 2 months.
Aromatic notes of stone fruit, honey and warmed citrus before a palate of lemongrass, lime zest flavours and a chalky minerality, balanced by lively acidity.
