Powers Gold Label, which picked up Gold at the Irish Whiskey Masters in 2021, 2022 and 2023, is something of a classic. A bottle redesign in recent years is a nod to its storied history, when it was produced in John’s Lane in Dublin. Complex and honeyed, Gold Label is approximately 70% pot still, triple distilled and is left to mature in American oak casks, which is where it gets its spicy, bold character.
