Kilchoman released several new spirit bottlings on their journey to fully matured whisky in 2009 including this 2007 vintage Kilchoman. Released as part of the ‘Anticipation’ New Spirit series, this single cask release was distilled 10th January 2007 and matured for over two years in bourbon barrel #05/2007 then bottled 21st March 2009 at 62.6% vol.
