The 2018 Sauternes release from Kilchoman distillery, created from 30 bourbon barrels distilled in 2012, then finished in Sauternes wine casks for a further 5 months. The finish over full maturation (the previous have all been full maturation) is said to have added a more subtle sweetness and buttery character. Bottled at 50% vol, always a popular release.
