Handpicked from selected parcels of their vines, this range of wine pays homage to Inigo of Loyola. Originally a mercenary, he turned from a life of violence to dedicate himself to helping others. Co-founder of the Order of Jesuits whose members would eventually found Sevenhill Cellars in 1851. 

Tasting Notes

This aromatic and flavoursome wine is made leaving some residual sweetness from the fermentation. The aroma is lifted with Pear, Musk and Rose water. The palate has a soft acidity and a juicy sweetness. A great accompaniment to spicy foods.
