Our Mi Lan Xiang is an exquisite handmade Dan Cong Oolong from the Phoenix Mountains in Guangdong Province. The Lychee wood used in the roasting of this Dan Cong comes through beautifully in the flavour and aroma. This tea is hand-made by the Zhou family Tea Masters. It is a medium to heavy roast Dan Cong, and has a pleasantly astringent taste with a floral aroma and a hint of lychees. The best flavours from this tea come when it is made in Gong Fu style. Our Taster Boxes are 8g, which is enough for one full gongfu cha serving to make multiple infusions or two normal pots of tea.
