Glenglassaugh Octave ‘Classic’ Batch 2, carefully crafted by Master Blender, Rachel Barrie, from a combination of Bourbon, Pedro Ximénez and Amontillado sherry cask octaves. Maturing whisky in a smaller octave casks (65 litres) allows more contact with the wood, developing and ageing the whisky a lot quicker.
