Following on from the Valhalla series, Highland Park distillery have launched a new and exciting range of limited edition, single malt Scotch whiskies. The first to be launched is Highland Park Ice Edition, which has been aged predominately in ex-bourbon casks, aged for 17 years in total and bottled at 53.9% vol. The whisky is housed in a blue tinted bespoke glass and encased in a mountain shaped wooden cradle. Ice is a classic Highland Park and is said to be very similar to Freya from the Valhalla Collection.
