The exquisite whisky produced by Michel Couvreur are firstly distilled in Scotland, then shipped to Burgundy and carefully matured in original sherry oak casks. Only the very best of casks are used, with special attention given to the PX or Vin Jaune previously held within the barrels and how they’ve impregnated the wood. Each bottle has been handcrafted, labelled and sealed with wax sealed cork.
