Sullivans Cove French Oak, a single cask bottling, distilled 22nd August 2008 and matured in a 300L French oak, ex-Tawny Port barrel. After a quiet slumber in single barrel TD0312, the whisky was decanted out of cask on 1st May 2017, with only 298 bottles filled from cask at 47.5% vol. A rather rare and sought after bottling and not often available on UK shores after winning the World’s Best Single Malt at the World Whiskies Awards in 2014.
